A structured runway for navigating your next career transition; with AI as a thinking partner, not a stand-in.
Most AI tools, and most career transition products, default to Western markets, Western professional norms, and Western salary benchmarks.
They will give you Bay Area role categories when you need pan-African ones.
They will write your outreach in Silicon Valley networking voice.
They will recommend negotiation language calibrated for American corporate culture.
This workbook addresses the gap directly.
Cultural notes embedded in every workflow. Specific to African professional women navigating multinational and multicultural environments.
Family responsibility, community visibility, multi-generational expectation, and the specific weight of decision-making in our contexts, named explicitly, not assumed.
Geography-aware AI prompting. Every research prompt is calibrated to surface African, African-diaspora, and pan-African data alongside global benchmarks.
Currency-specific compensation guidance. Region-specific market research instructions.
Awareness of when AI's data is thin for your market — and what to do about it.
Platform-specific outreach guidance. WhatsApp, LinkedIn DM, email-via-intermediary, the role of senior mediators in some sectors.
The conventions that matter in the rooms you will actually be reaching into.
Negotiation language that works in our contexts. Direct without being aggressive. Relational without being apologetic.
Calibrated to seniority and culture, not extrapolated from American negotiation tactics.
Most workbooks produce reflections. This one produces artefacts you use in the world.

Plus a personal prompt library you carry into every transition that follows.
This workbook is designed to be used with AI as a thinking partner. You will need access to ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. Free versions work for most prompts.
Paid versions help with longer conversations and larger context windows, but are not required.
No prior AI experience required. Every prompt is structured for a reader who has used AI a handful of times.
Each prompt comes with a Before you open AI section that tells you what to prepare, a What a strong response looks like section so you know when AI is doing the work, and a If the response is weak follow-up prompt for the moments AI gets it wrong.
Built to teach prompt-craft alongside the work. By Day 90, you will not only have completed a transition — you will have learned how to write prompts that produce sharp, specific, useful AI output.
The skill is transferable to every future transition, decision, and high-stakes project.
Honest about AI's limits. The workbook names where AI fabricates, where it defaults to Western markets, where it inflates language, where it cannot tell you the truth.
Five ground rules sit at the front of the workbook and are referenced throughout. You will leave AI-literate, not AI-dependent.
I built this workbook because I am the woman this workbook is for.
I spent twenty years in corporate roles across healthcare, logistics, medical devices, education, and publishing — working remotely with multinationals from Denmark, Germany, Israel, Nigeria, and the United States.
I hold a PhD in Media and Communication, an MBA in Strategic Leadership, and a BSc in Medical Laboratory Science. Five industries. Three continents. Five career transitions of my own.
In September 2025, I left my corporate role to build RISE with Betty™ full time. I did not leave because something went wrong.
I left because something in me had been right for longer than my role could accommodate, and I had finally given myself permission to listen.
This workbook is the methodology I have used in my own transitions and refined in the work of dozens of women who trusted me to think alongside them.
The Three Blind Spots. The RISE Method™. The CultureCode™ archetypes. The Five Transition Types. The seven-section prompt structure. The Decision Document architecture.
All of it built specifically for high-performing professional women navigating transitions in multinational and multicultural environments — and now distilled into one workbook you can take through your own 90-day runway.
Q: How long does the workbook actually take to complete?
The full workbook represents roughly 40–50 hours of work spread across 90 days. That is between three and five hours per week.
Some weeks are lighter (early Foundation).
Some weeks are heavier (the negotiation week, the decision week).
The pacing is built into the workflow structure.
The workbook is not designed to be completed in a single weekend.
Q: I have already started thinking about a transition. Can I still use this?
Yes. The workbook is designed for women at any point along a transition runway — including women who have been quietly considering one for months or years.
The diagnostic on page 9 will surface where you actually are.
Foundation Sprint is the starting point regardless of where you think you are.
Q: I am not yet sure whether I want to transition. Does this workbook still serve me?
Yes. Foundation Sprint is explicitly designed for the woman who is not yet sure.
The Adversary prompt, the Honest Audit, and the Three Anchor Questions all surface whether your transition is real or whether what you are feeling is something else.
By Day 30, you will know.
Q: What is the difference between this workbook and your live cohort?
The workbook is the methodology in self-paced form.
The cohort is the methodology in a group container with weekly live sessions, direct work with me, and structured peer accountability.
Many women begin with the workbook and then join a cohort for the second or third pass.
Others use only the workbook. Both paths are valid.
Q: I am not based in Africa. Will this workbook work for me?
Yes. The methodology is universal. The cultural notes are calibrated for African and global-south professional women, but the prompts work for any professional woman navigating a transition.
Women based in the African diaspora, in Europe, in North America, and elsewhere have used this framework.
The cultural specificity makes the workbook more useful, not less, it teaches you to override AI's default assumptions wherever you are.
Q: What if I run into trouble with the workbook?
Every workbook purchase includes access to my weekly newsletter, The RISE Report™, where I address common questions and patterns I see in the work.
For more direct support, the cohort and 1:1 coaching are listed on page 83 of the workbook itself.
If you have read this far, something has already moved.
You may not have words for it yet. You may be calling it restlessness, or curiosity, or fatigue. But you would not be here if there was nothing under it.
The workbook is one season of a longer practice. Ninety days to recognise where you are, interpret what the market is telling you, strategise your move, and elevate into what comes next — with AI as a thinking partner you actually know how to use.
When you finish, the work continues. You will have a Decision Document signed in your own hand.
You will have a 100-Day Launch Plan in place.
You will have three sentences inside the cover that you will return to in any year.
You will have become the kind of woman who can do this work again — for the next transition, when it comes.
